vConstruct, an entrepreneurial organization, has forayed into product development for construction by leveraging its deep understanding of construction processes and driven by our deeply rooted core value of Ever forward Spirit.

vConstruct made a commitment to this journey of product development by starting “vC Labs” in 2022. vC Labs is a dedicated team of people who come from the construction domain and technology domain to build solutions for problems we see in the construction management workflows by leveraging 3D web and mobile development, data science and analytics, AI/ML etc.

In less than a year of existence the team has grown to 20 and has built 6 solutions that solves real world problems in construction management workflows for various vConstruct teams. These solutions also hold a potential for similar users in the construction industry beyond vConstruct.

With a vision to transform the construction industry by the use of technology, we truly believe that we will bring upon the transition not just by services but by market facing products as well.

We are looking for a product marketing and sales manager who bring the visibility of our solutions and products to the relevant market and scale its adoption to bring a wider impact to the construction industry.

We expect this role to be able to effectively evaluate a product fit for the market. Be able to apply creative, analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis to gauge market size, do competitor analysis, validate the unique value proposition of the product, come up with a marketing and sales strategy and execute it effectively.


  • Developing in-depth understanding vConstruct’s Products and Solutions
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Customer Segment Identification
  • Quantifying User Benefits; Creating Communication Plan
  • Developing effective Marketing Strategies & Plan
  • Pricing Strategies
  • Creating a Sales Pipeline & be responsible for the actual Sales & Revenue


  • At least 4 years of previous experience as a Product Manager or Marketing & Sales
  • Demonstrated success of defining and launching products
  • Excellent teamwork; ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and contextualize them
  • Previous experience with construction technologies and deep understanding of the domain is a big plus


  • Bachelors or Masters Degree with specialization in Civil or Architecture or related field
  • MBA preferred
